STRATEGIC PLAN DEVELOPMENT FOR
MOVE IRELAND, REQUEST FOR TENDER
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
MOVE Ireland is a registered charity organisation operating within the
domain of domestic violence, with a central focus on fostering the
safety and welfare of women and their children who have encountered or
are currently facing instances of abuse within intimate relationships.
Our approach involves engaging men in a structured, weekly group
process, wherein they are encouraged to take accountability for their
actions and actively work towards transforming their behaviour and
attitudes. Additionally, MOVE extends comprehensive assistance to
female partners or ex-partners of the program participants, providing
them with vital information, support, and personalised safety planning
throughout and after their partners' or ex-partners' involvement in
the program.
In line with our dedication to continuous improvement, we are seeking
proposals from experienced and reputable consultancy firms to develop
a comprehensive strategic plan that will guide our organisation's
growth and impact over the next five years.
SCOPE OF WORK:
The chosen consultancy firm will be responsible for conducting a
thorough assessment of MOVE Ireland's current operations, resources,
and challenges. Based on this assessment, the consultant will work
closely with our team to develop a detailed strategic plan that
outlines specific objectives, key performance indicators, and
actionable strategies for achieving our long-term goals. The strategic
plan should address areas such as fundraising, program development,
outreach initiatives, and organisational sustainability, with a strong
focus on enhancing the overall impact of our services within the
community.
